Purchased the package after confirming with the salesperson we had 2 years to use it as we had no way of going on a vacation within the first year. Received a phone call today saying our package had expired and we would need to pay another $249.00 to extend it. There is no way we would have signed up if that was explained to us. We were completely scammed. The manager said it was in the email I opened and she stated the date. I went back to that email and nowhere does it clearly state that. Very unhappy with this company.
