i signed up for one off payment to test out
their promote tool and didn't know that it meant reverbnation would take $35
per week form my account and $19.95 per month! I saw that a payment had
gone out and thought i had a month to cancel before the next one went but
whilst i was away i checked my bank a few weeks later to see that they had
taken almost $170 in different payments from me! I haven't even used
the site yet! I realize i should not have given you my bank details and
that it was a mistake. I then couldn't find out how to cancel my
subscriptions and when i e-mailed several different reverbnation addresses
no-one got back to me! And the payments kept being taken out. I finally
found some-one who was able to help me figure out how to unsubscribe on the
12th of Jan or So and so when i called last week the reverb op refunded me
2 charges which were taken out on and after that date.

However i need all the charges back except from the very first one on the
18th (which was my fault for signing up) because i didn't know i was
signing up for all that and i didn't use it (i thought it was a free trial)

The charges i need refunding are

1. 26th Dec $35
2. 2nd Jan $35
3. 10th Jan $35

It would be nice to get the initial charge back of $35 from Dec 18th but i realize this my not be possible. It said it was a free trial and then i thought it would be 1 month before they took money out but i was mistaken.

My account went overdrawn due to these charges so would at least appreciate
the
money back for a product i did not know or have any intention of paying
for or using.
