I booked a hotel room in Santa Fe. I had bought a groupon for this hotel, and wound up on hotels one.com website without realizing it. I changed the reservation on Nov. 29. The hotel was fine with it, since I was rebooking the night. They took the groupon. I contacted hotels one and canceled the 11/30 reservation. They charged me anyway. I contacted both them and St. Francis several times. St. Francis put in writing, along with the actual bill, the actual transaction. Hotelsone states that if we cancel, they do not charge us but the hotel does. The hotel did not! Hotelsone wrote me in late December that they were satisfied with the statements from St. Francis and would refund my credit card. To this date, January 29, they still have not refunded.
