My husband and I own our home. We have lived here about 12 years now. Last summer we started getting mail from someone we do not know nor does he live here ... I am not sure he is a real person or NOT. Nathan Ricossa.
It started with welcome to your new home. Cards now it is from this company stated above, They say the Lender is Service First Mortgage Co.
Then the subject is.... Optional Payment change. Gives different options to pay back a loan of 115,715. At the top of the page is and attempt. Like its official. [ no Refinancing Required.
Stated First Mortgage Co. may not have made you aware of the option to setup a smaller biweekly program payment and the advanced option for your mortgage loan. The savings gained from these two program options go entirely to you the customer and not to the lender***
