Received a fax at my office, called and bought package to either Mexico or the Domincan Republic with Clayton Hansen (probably a pseudonym).I was assured i could travel anytime before the offer expired in September of 2014. Discounted airfare, and even a "bonus" Orlando/Disney trip & 2 nights in Miami,FL. I received a conf.#. When I called the "booking & reservations # 866-590-7027" to make a reservation I asked for "Clayton Hansen", the guy who answered told me his name was "Kumar Willis" when i asked and hung up when i asked for Clayton. I called back and was put on the phone with "Clayton Hansen" he was super polite and assured me the "customer service" department would be able to assist me as they, were the ones who handled reservations. I asked just to make sure my confirmation # and he apologized saying the I.T. guys were working on their computers at the time. I then called the"customer service" line 800-530-0149 and an answering machine put me on hold "due to high call volume". For the duration of my hold of 27min. in 8 sec. intervals a recording repeated if i wanted to leave my number the next available rep. would return my call. Finally "Ashley Peterson" picks up and asks what i needed and that she would take a message and have the next available agent return my call. I asked confused what her job title was if the voicemail kept asking to do the same while on hold, only to then be picked up by a person unable to assist. She claimed to only be a receptionist, i knew this was a total SCAM and asked if she was at a call center (3rd party) just trafficking calls for vacationcities.net or did she actually work for the company. She responded that she was in fact the receptionist at their main offices in Atlanta. I asked the address (as if i was omw) then gave my name and # knowing full well noone was going to return my call. Noone did, Im disputing the charges with my bank. TOTAL SCAM with what sounds like highschool kids/ young, desperate,skill-less, unemployed kids working for promises. Sad time
