Cameron's guys from Utah (some marketing group, I'm sure) talked me into the "Partnership/Mentorship" program, suggesting I would make $10K a month for 10 out of 12 months.
The mentoring consisted of a 45 min conversation for about 8 weeks.
The mentor never even got me to the point where I made my first offer before the mentorship program ended.
It cost $9000 (plus I paid $1000 for Cameron's wholesaling program).
So for $10,000, all I got was a good lesson to never trust these real estate gurus again.
Thanks, Cameron! Hey, can I have a refund? Oh, I bet I already know the answer to that!
