On January 25, 2014 my husband received a call from American Cash Award saying he had won 2.5 million dollars and a Mersatiz Benz. I told him right away that it was nothing but a scam. He played along for a while to see what the man had to say. The man said his name was Michael and all we had to to is send American Cash Award $999.00 for processing the paper work. He named several Banks that had already paid the taxes to the IRS and the money belong to my husband. We told him we did not have $999.00 and he said that American Cash Award would pay the $999.00 for us and we could just pay them back. The money would be coming by UPS. Michael called back on January 27, 2014 and said the paper work was in the processing stage and we should be receiving the money soon. Michael has a Jamaican accent and he was very polite and convincing. I looked up the website for American Cash Award and came cross the information that you have for it being a scam. I called my husband and told him that if Michael calls back, he needs to lose our phone number.
