I had ordered a cell phone of from straighttalk.com site,on DEC 12th,,2013,and on December 19th,straighttalk took my money out of my bank account,and on December 19th,is when I received my phone,but after several phone calls I made because my phone wouldn't work I was told I'd have to resend it back for a replacement phone,so on January 3rd I receive in my mail,a box from FedEx, with a tracfone address on the box,with instructions inside with a tracfone envelope by priority mail included in this box,so I put my cellphone in this envelope provided by tracfone,and had arranged the day before by usps,to have this envelope picked up at my house on January 4th 2014,and off to IL tracfone wireless warehouse,this phone went,but because my envelope was picked up at my house usps,doesn't provide you with a tracking number,so straighttalk refuses to return me my replacement phone,and I've told them I don't have one due to usps rules not mine,but yet when I called tracfone,on January 9th,,they claim they received my phone,as I gave a ticket order number,and serial number to verifys it was there,and I also checked on tracfone.com with my ticket number and it says your replacement phone will be shipped in two to three business days but yet as of today no replacement phone,and straighttalk still claims they haven't received it,and are persistent about me providing them with a tracking number,or they can't send me my replacement phone back,which I find unfair as I sent it back,so what now!
