Called for tech help February 2013 because unable to load google earth.
Guy talked me into buying Intego VirusBarrierX6, would get a free wireless keyboard and rebate for 49.99. I heard I would get a 109.99 rebate.
Anyway, I sent the rebate form at the appropriate time ("after May 25th"). No rebate. Called in July 2013 to ask about rebate and when I might see it. "your claim will be expedited and sent to accounting. You should receive rebate within 2 weeks." No rebate. I called again in November and again today, January 25, 2014.
What's the deal?
Furthermore, ever since they played with my computer remotely it runs slower than ever and there's a software logo on my desktop (AppZapper) I no not where it came from.
