I signed up for a 5 day free trial. At no time did I authorize a charge of $1.03 to be placed on my credit card. I attempted to cancel, and they informed me of a "convenience fee" charge of $.99 to process the membership cancellation online, but it would be free if you cancelled via phone.
I attempted to call and cancel via phone so as not to incur the charge. I called four times, and was disconnected by the automated system. Please see below

09:24 15 minutes on hold then disconnected
I am convinced at this point that this company is nothing more than a scam to collect a significant number of small debits in hopes that the $.99 is insignificant to callers.
Simply, if a million online users cancel for $.99 that's a cool million bucks, and that's a scam.
