They were suppose to keep my computer from being hacked; however, on 1/13/2013 a man named Ron White answered then on 1/17/2013 a man named Ron Anderson answered. Everyone's name seemed to be Ron and you had no faces to look at. Moreover, my personal notes were stolen from my home computer on 1/17/2013. Then the same notes ended up at my job. When I called to inquire about it, the man who said his name was Ron White stated Ron Anderson had been fired, however, it sounded like the same person. I was told that he would have who he stated was the boss Wayne Jordan call my back, but he never called. I had to keep calling until they got tired then finally I was refunded $149.00 out of $299.98. Someone in this company is affiliated with employees who work for Los Angeles County DMH and hacked my computer and gave my personal documentation to my manager who has been harassing me. This company is not trustworthy.
