I have been given the run around by this company for a whole year for my refund. I had signed my 2 children up in March of 2013 and cancelled the very same day that i had signed them up.. I was told that was not eligible for a refund. I fought this even in April and was told they were sorry for the trouble and to just mail in all the info and within a month i would get refund. I did so.. I followed up a month later and still they said they didn't recieve any info. I went down to the office myself in Los Angeles and again the same thing they said they were sorry and that they would mail out my check and that was on december 27th 2013. Cynthia Jimenez was her name. She told me that she has fwd all the info to the corporate office in San Francisco. She told me if i dont get it by 1/15/2014 to call. I didnt get it. I called the main office in San Francisco, and i had told them the situation.. I spoked to Lynn and she apologized as well and said she would mail a check on 1/17/2014 and i should get it by 1/22/2014.. it is now 1/24/2014 and i still have nothing. I called Lynn again she said the post office is having an issue and that it wasnt there problem and transferred me to a lady named Toni. She was also rude. She said i could follow up all i want but i will still have the same response that they did there part and now it is the post offices fault. i called the post offices in san francisco and in covina,where the check is being mailed, and they both stated nothing is wrong with the post office system.. i am the end of my rope now.. these people have stolen a hardworking single parents' money..
