I was told by this site to register for the application exam for the Postal Service by sending a REFUNDABLE (specifically stated) 70.00 to them as an "order" for the exam. Now today I checked back with the site for the order status and I can't log back in, nor does it recognize my e-mail to resend my password. I'm stuck with no way to access my account on there, and out $70.
Update: 01/24/2014
HK international tracker code on my bank statement and an international assessment charge on my debit card. Why would a website about the UNITED STATES postal service give an international assessment charge from Hong Kong?
