I returned the product unopened and they received it Sept. 30th. They claim they credited my mastercard on Oct. 3rd. To-date I can find no such credit on my mastercard. I phoned Master Card and they need it in writing via e-mail that Smash Clicks did indeed credit my account the $89.95. I have phoned many times and they won't send me an e-mail saying they have credited my account - I can't get through to a Supervisor or Manager as I am blocked by the person answering the phone with an excuse they are at meetings! One person did say she would pass on my message to a Supervisor, but of course, I have not received an e-mail.
