On the 09/01/14 I ordered a free sample for the price of £4.95, after entering card details it flashed up for a second free sample offer at 4.95 also. I did receive this product on the 22nd January but also I discovered they had taken £74.95 out of my account this same day, 2 days later (Today) they took a further £74.95 out of my account. I am extremely upset about this as I am single parent to a 9 year boy and in just one week i have had £149.90 taken from my account which has left me with no money for another week :-(
I have been in to the bank and apparently even if I cancel the card they will still be able to take more money from my account.
I can not just close my account as I have a charge for an unpaid direct debit due to come out in February therefore they will not allow me to close.

I am very distraught and feel so embarrassed that I have allowed for this to happen.

Please help me
