I ordered the green coffee after seeing add through email from a friend who, "suggested" it. I found out more later and when it arrived at my post office I refused it. I have not gotten any response for reimbursement on my Visa. It has been an impossible task to get any help from Visa lately. I have been put on hold for over 50 minutes.
I have emailed the support and have gotten only an automated response. no phone number to call nothing!
I want reimbursed. please help.
