I contacted Omni Tech to purchase Microsoft Office for my new computer in August 2013. They insisted that it had "bugs" that needed to be fixed for an additional price before downloading Microsoft Office. Four hours and $350 later, they finally had Microsoft office downloaded on my machine. When I called back five months later to ask for my key number, to download Microsoft Office to a second new computer in my home, they repeatedly ignored my request for the key number, again told me the new computer had bugs, and wanted to bill me for fixing that plus more money for a shared program. This is a scam that needs to be closed down!!!
