We have received an invoice for SGD490.00 for "Subscruption fee for 2013 as per terms & conditions" for www.companyregister.sg.
We receive a lot of telephone calls and emails asking us to "Update" their registers or databases. And sometimes we try to be helpful, especially when they already know our data and just wondering if we have changed it.
However, nobody in our company ever agreed to or signed any document to enter into any contract with the Data Register Pte. Ltd Co. Reg. N: 201327463M or to pay SGD458.00 plus GST of 7% for a total od SGD490.00.
However, they have sent us this invoice without any explanation on what goods or services this invoice is for.
We do not intend to pay for this invoice but we seek help to ensure that our company is not penalised for this.
