HELLO I HOPE YOU CAN HELP HERE'S THE PROBLEM I paid $69.00 for this cell phone scanner on the JAN. 18TH 2014 I try to use it with no success EASYSPY said there was a money back quarentee as long as i requested my refund WITHIN 10 days I requested the next day and ive tried to contact the company all ways but have been unable to put in my refund request I just want my money back since because there product does not work, I would love any kind of help you may be able to offer me, I thank you and hope to hear from you in the near future.
