Complaint 302005 Details

I just went to cancel my JustFab membership, and they told me that if I'm certain I want to cancel, they can "push this to upper management" and give me a one time only refund. So I'm thinking, "great! I'll be refunded my four $39.95 credits that I haven't used!" Not the case. They told me that the one time credit only refunds you one, $39.95 credit, but cannot refund you the whole amount of credits, because they don't have the ability to process refunds! Lol! So then I said, "well, I don't understand. If you took money out of my account so that I could/would purchase merchandise, and I in fact did NOT purchase merchandise, Why would I not get all of my money back? If I'm not mistaken, you provide refunds if a purchase is not satisfactory. Correct?" The representative just repeated the same crap about how they can only give a one time refund, but that if I give them another chance, and use some of my credits they can that they would do a one time refund of TWO credits of $39.95! When I said no thank you, I would just like a full refund for all of my four credits, he said he was sorry, but they are only authorized to do a one time credit of $39.95 because they technically don't have the ability to perform refunds!!!?? When I asked to speak to a manager he refused and said that they have the same abilities as upper management. I agreed to take the one time refund of one credit, but I'm out almost $120 of my hard earned money that just goes to them for nothing. I get no merchandise in return for my $120. Seems like that's an unlawful act to me...I can't seem to get any further with this company. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!
