When you contact the company it tells you " We do not issue refunds for returns, nor will any subscription (if applicable ) be canceled without prior notification to our customer care service team." ----- You must call the customer service number @ toll-free 800-620-6914. - Notify your card issuer and get a new one with a diiferent number. Go to Amazon.com for great prices on quality supplements. Garcinia Cambogia is very inexpensive @ Amazon!
