Though there are many complaints already I thought I would add mine. There was no amount posted telling me how much a credit card call would be, so, silly me, I assumed it would be similar to the fee for a call made with coins. Not the case. I spent a total of 3 minutes on the phone (calling Toronto, which is an hour away) and I ended up spending 30$ somehow. That's $10 a minute! Because I was out of pocket change! That's madness, and totally unacceptable business practices.
