I was contacted by a company called Web Knowledge. I was told that if I pay $299.00 I could have a website built and I would make extra money from Amazon. A week later I was contacted by a guy named Jeff Jennings and he told me that the only way that my website would make money is to purchase advertising. Jeff Jennings claims that he is a "personal coach" who works with Web Knowledge Group. Web Knowledge is an advertising group. I was told if I purchased their $5,000 dollars packaged from Ace Marketing (which is a different company) that I would have 20,000 people visit my Amazon store over the course of the next year. I was told that I would make $2,500 dollars each month, and haven't seen a dime. From the start, I didn't feel like I was given all of the facts. I had a guy who sold me the advertising who wouldn't give me access to his email or give me a personal contact with anyone who was in the business. After I purchased the $5,000 dollars package advertising from Ace Marketing I was told that I would have access to my Amazon store, so that I could see how many people were visiting my website. I have tried to log into my Amazon store several times and every time I try to log in I get this that shows up "Please allow up to 48 hours for the leads to appear inside the "View Delivered Leads" ( I have included a document of this form). Yesterday, I was contacted, by a man by name Rick Martinez. He so call works for a company called Nebucom. After talking with Rick, he explained that I needed to buy more marketing advertising to make sure that my Amazon Store would succeed. He told me that he could see my Amazon store and he told me that it wasn't doing the activity that is should be doing. Before I got off the phone with Rick, I asked him if he could tell me how many people had been on my Amazon store and he told me that he didn't have access to that. After talking with Rick, I have tried to contact my "personal coach" Jeff Jennings and speak with him and he won't call me back. I feel like the individuals that I have been working with will no longer get back with me because I have found out that they are a scam. I feel like my number has been passed around and I continue to talk with several different people that are just looking for money. I have done research on this, and 11 different cases where the exact same thing has happened. I am not happy with this and will take full caution in the future. In the normal world of legitimate business, most credible businesses, when affronted by an unhappy customer would simply contact the buyer and do all they can to please them. If a company cannot operate on that principle alone, and do the right thing when a customer is not happy with said product or service, then that company is simply not credible. And customers have no recourse except to contact someone like the FBI and/or a local Better Business Bureau for help in getting the refund that the customer deserves (or to take steps to actually have the illicit or criminal enterprise shut down). I am now further in debt and didn't get anything out of this. I have tried to get my money back, but it is impossible. I wish there was a way I could get my money back. This just isn't fair.
