I received an email from HotCloseouts2014 which I opened up. It asked for me to sign up to be able to start bidding on items. All I did was put my name, email address, and "UNFORTUNATELY" my bank account information as I thought I was going to bid on something that was on the "up and up". I then received an email from the company that I had purchased a "bid package" for $99.00. I have no idea what this "bid package" is and there was nothing stated about a $99.00 charge. By the sounds of it, I am not going to get anywhere with this company. There is NO telephone # that you can call and there is a link for a live chat, but you are unable to click on that link. PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE.
