5th December 2013 R145.00 was debited from my account, then on 17th January 2014 again. I logged a dispute with my bank but the reply was that it happened to be an internet transaction and the bank can not help me. I have NO CONTACT information on this company, so I am stuck! What to do? I have to stop my credit card and pay a levy for that and only then there can be no more transactions. I am just concerned because I see so many complaints about this company. Surely someone must be able to give a feedback?
