These people ripped me off for $19.95. They did not cancel my subcription as I asked and created a negative balance on my card when I told them there was no money on it anyway at the time I origanlly subcribed with the 7 day trial. When I did put money on the card to pay an on going monthly bill, this company took it. Then when I asked for a refund they said ok, however, because of the negative balance, the refund only covered it. So I am still out the $19.95. Now my other account is past due and I cannot cover it because this company kept the $19.95. I want my money BACK from them. On my card where I put it. I cancelled the same day I went on their site. I talked to someone who told me they were having trouble with the site. They did not get me the information I requested at all in the first place. So not only did I not get the 7 day trial I was billed to the point of screwwing up my account all together. I want my money!!!!!
