Like so many others, MaxLend took a total of $892.54(Interest in addition to outstanding balance)out of my checking account. I have used online loans before and have NEVER had this happen. I have sent 2 emails to the company and received only a general message from the company. This "error" has put created a financial hardship for me and my family. By Monday being a holiday, I will not be able to do anything until Tuesday which creates overdrafts and negative reports to companies I do busy with.

  • I finally got through today, and they asked for my debit card info and my money was returned into my account in about an hour. If your bank won't do that, they said it would be ACH'd into account no later than Wednesday, they are returning the money. Thank you God.

  • You are one of the lucky ones..... my bank does not take automatic deposits to my card.... and not only will I not have the money back on Tuesday, they are now telling me it will be Wednesday! This puts me at 6 days flat broke.
