this company told me that i would be able to have my payment date at whatever date i chose. they also convinced me my bill would be a lot lower than what i was paying with my previous provider. they neglected to tell me that they tdu charges and all the other charges add about 100 bucks to my bill. and now i am stuck with them for 2 years. they are dishonest and i hope that no one else falls for their scam. i'm paying almost 100 more per month now than i was before. what a shameful thing. i was laid off my job and now am underemployed and now spending more on this. makes me so mad. oh, and i cannot pay at the first of the month so i also get charged another 10 or 12 bucks for late fee.
