They uses a logo similar to what government agency uses and urge you to register your company into their website, many would think that it is a government agency, if you never read the very fine prints below their website and of cause to mislead you.
Thus after you had register into their website, they will issue an Tax Invoice bill of $500 to you for their yearly subscription fee. I feel that the company is misleading us into believing that we must register before it is too late, as i received the letter from them on my last day of the expiring of my own company which makes me in a rush to register before anything happen.

- We received the same thing. It was an email asking us to click to verify and it did not advise that there would be charges or an option for us to say "no" to the subscription. Just received their invoice. How do you resolve this? Their phone number is FOREVER engaged or voice mail is always full.

- My dad received the invoice too. And the best thing is we registered on the end Nov 2013..they still charge us the full subscription fee of $458 for the whole year. Tried to call them,always engaged and no one picks up. And you are unable to find a unsubscript button in their webpage. What should we do now? I thought of just ignore the invoice.
