Ordered a bracelet on 11/12/13 and received notification on 12/11/13 that it shipped with the USPS tracking number. The tracking number still indicates it has not left the store. I have emailed several times (politely) and posted on facebook (politely). On Facebook she indicated they were way behind due to the MiNBC Deal. I understood that - but she has not responded to any of my emails, she removed her facebook page, and the phone number doesn't reach her.

Your order was picked up from the post office on the 12th. Since you have not received it, we will resend it today. I am sorry for the lack of responses from me, I have been inundated and have been playing catchup on emails and calls.

.....while I know the order was not picked up by the post office on 12/12, I am glad to receive the reply and hopefully she will get my bracelet in the mail today as she says. I'll follow up with an update.
