I subscribed for this backup service thinking I would be able to backup all of my music, photos and videos only to discover AFTER downloading their application that it will only back up from camera roll and from no other documents. This application is a total waste.
I immediately requested a refund and removed their application from my Ipad...today is the 15th and still no reimbursement to my PayPal acct....got some lame excuse from them about they couldn't refund because I disputed their product with Paypal! To end the dispute they simply need to refund my money! I would not recommend them to anyone and I am determined to warn as many as possible not to use this product! My next step is Call 3 for Action.. ....if they want publicity......
