Invited to a restaurant for a meal and discussion on enhancement to my timeshare. Weeks in my timeshare to points that could be used at other resorts. A total of $9980 was charged to my credit card. After 6 months this was to be returned to my account. 3 companies are involved. VSI, Portsmouth ,Ohio, R&R Venture Group and Excess Property Solutions are their names. What can I do to bring charges against them?
