Advert on fb for diet pills garcinia diet max and slim body cleanse. Free trial for 14 days. £1.99 postage for each product.
22 days after ordered, two payments of £84.71 were taken out of my account unauthorized. This made my account massively overdrawn and was facing bank charges of £10 per day.
Tried contacting the company but phone was ringing out.
15 Days later on 08/01/14 another two payments of £89.66.
I'm now in debt, haven't tried the product and feel utterly humiliated.
Eventually someone answered the phone and future products have been cancelled. I asked if I could send the products back and get a refund which they agreed to and would send an email with instructions the next day.
The next day I received an email from the company saying a refund would not be available but gave me £90 credit to purchase more products.
I did not use this credit.
