In October 2013, I switched from Walmart Family Mobile to T-Mobile and kept the same phone number. I received two final bills to close my account. I could not longer pay online as I had all the previous months because I 'no longer had an account' with them. I called them and paid off the first bill I received by phone and was told there was a $5 processing fee. After complaining that I was not going to pay it because it was their fault I could not access my account online, they would not waive it. A few weeks later, I received a second bill which should have been the final bill. Again I called to pay it off and at this point spoke to a Supervisor. He waived the $5 fee after complaining once again and stating to him, that on my previous call, I should have been told I would have an additional bill and I would have paid it all at once with one single $5 pay by phone fee. On Dec 30, 2013 I received another notice stating I had an outstanding balance of $10. Three days later I received another letter threatening to send my account to collections. I have tried to call the phone # listed in the letter (877-760-8760) but there are no options for billing. There is no option to talk with a customer service rep unless you are setting up a new phone line. I went through this route and reached someone. I requested a Supervisor right away, they asked for my number in case we got disconnected. I provided my home number. After about 10 minutes on hold, we were disconnected, and they never called me back. The $5 fee was waived on my last call to them when I paid my final bill. They are now charging me a $10 Payment processing fee. Please help me get this resolved. I have been dealing with this horrible unethical company for 3 months now!
