As a similar posting regarding this company, I too had received a exhibitor listing form to be completed . They sent me an invoice and the only way to communicate so far has been through email. Trying to fax a cancellation letter or call them doesn't go through. They return email me only to insist that I pay this bill or penalties will be incurred. They will not cancel the "order" even though I sent request via email. In the PDF's they sent me of all documentation there are some pieces missing. Also, they have no caring that a form was completed unknowingly that it was a so called order form and in error (non es factum.
