I was seeking employment on the internet and saw the advert for a medical receptionist course. I contacted the company by phone and they promised guaranteed employment if I did the course which cost £250.00. I made the payment for the course but had to cancel due to emergencies. They advised a £50.00 cancellation fee was needed which I agreed to pay and they would send me the refund by cheque within 21 working days. Its now the 12 January 2014 and after chasing them several times still have not received a refund. I tried calling and sending an email to the company today but the numbers are no longer in use and the email address is showing as error. I looked up the company on the internet and discovered that I am not the only one with a complaint. I have been speaking to a person by the name of Desi who is in charge of payments and Gabrielle who was in charge of arranging the courses.
