First off I spent $500 on a samsung galaxy 3 (which I wanted a 4 instead) and a month and one week later it was brought down by half price. Not just that but the day I bought the phone the price came up to $399 and got a telephone call that I still owed $100 and had to go all the way back to pay an extra $100 for their mistake for ringing up the wrong price. And yesterday I called for more data on my phone and the man put the data on the wrong phone under flex bucket.I finally found a great customer service woman but between the store and the other man the service is awlful because no one knows what they are doing and another thing they don't tell you can get a $50 visa card if you don't qualify for the payment plan and wasn't told about it at all. Where's the email on the website. So I ended up here well Cricket needs real helpers and training for the people. I am very disappointed.
