I dont know where to start...i am dealing with this issue for a month now.Ordered 12 items in Medium size ( i thought it is US Medium, since it is american webpage, but clearly not). I got all 12 items Small size even thou on the actual items it says Medium. I paid shipping about $40 . It took them forever to shipp it (about a 20 days , even thou i choose Expedite shipping). They appologized million times. I finally got clothes and they were all too small. I contacted them and they said that I have to pay shipping back , restocking and shipping again to get wanted size(even thou it was not my fault; i ordered US Medium, and nowhere it said that their sizes are running small). PLus there is no direct email or phone that i can complain to, but you have to submit your question thru teir system and wait on their response.They want you to take photos of the clothes and measure it witha ruller in centimeters and then attach to their webpage (you can only atach 3 photos at the time). I was never succesfull in attaching even those 3 photos, due to their website error.When i asked about direct email , they never provided me with that.
They should be shut down with the bad bussines that they provide.
I used to order the same clothes from Doublju.com. Items were coming from Korea and i always got my clothes on time, and never a problem with the Medium size.Someone pointed out to me that sammydress is selling the same clothes , so i figured it is american webpage and i am gonna get stuff much quicker than from Korea, but boy was i wrong!!! I am going back to Doublju.com. (Inappropriate Content Removed) you SammyDress and i hope you get shut down!!
