They said they provide local numbers for jail call to prevent long distance charges that exceed 25.00 or more. They provided the number after signing up and making a payment. The inmate called once and the phone number was blocked. I have been trying to get in touch with them and they want return any emails and the number that is on the web site under policy isn't working. So now I can't get in touch with them and they are trying to get an auto payment each month for a number that is blocked. They have a page to click on to stop the auto pay but when you go to it it do not stop the auto pay. Why do these people just keep ripping people off and just get away with it.
