I ordered a trial eye and face cream each $7.95 and I would have 2 weeks to cancel the order after I received the cream. I never received the trail offer until Jan 9th 2014 after they took $7.95 twice from my bank acct for the trial offer and $99.00 on the 23 rd of Dec for the apparent full cost of the product. After the trial offer was done I was supposed to receive an e-mail confirming , the product in 3 days initially and there was no means to contact them l want my money back
