I was checking my bank account and there was an overdraft charge of 31.00. When I called my bank, they said Fund Assurance had tried to take out a 13.00 loan processing fee for a loan I didn't sign for. I checked the internet for problems with them and found your website with over 100 complaints. I called them mostly just to vent. I'm going to have to cancel my checking account for fear of other withdrawals from this or any other "loan" company. I will never, never apply for a loan online again and hope nobody else does. I'm lucky if it's just a 31.00 overdraft fee.
