Received a call from (317) 534-0358 regarding a bad check I wrote. When I verified that I never had a checking account through the bank that they are stating I had one with the lady got extremely belligerent. They never once would provide me paperwork proving this "so called" debt. Now they are harassing my 80yr old grandmother. I have contacted the attorney general and they have shared with me that this is a scam. I want the calls to stop immediately.
