I was made the order on this web, it was %55 off. My order were 2 jackets Parajumper Alaska woman, Tabaco color, and Parajumpers Alisee'6, White color on Nov 28, 2013. Nov 29, 2013 I received the email from sale person name VIVIENNE tell me that: "I'm sorry. You order two jackets out of stock. Replace the two jackets."

On Dec 3, 2013 I reply for the that I seen the size and the jacket PARAJUMPER ALASKA WOMAN, TABACO COLOR still on the web and I did make the order for this one and cancel the other, and did received the respond email of same sale person Vivienne for this in same day.

On Dec 6, 2013 I received email from [email protected] notify me that the "order upload tranceno successfully, here is the contain email from [email protected]: We are glad to inform you that your merchandise has been shipped out by our merchant to you through (ems) . The tracking No. is LK870012943CN. please check the status through the link of

When I received the jacket, it was wrong item, and wrong color although it same price with the PJS Alaska style, I got PJS Denali, black color on Dec 18, 2013. I did send the email to that sale person and leave the message through their web site, Dec 23 Vivienne respond for me that did I receive the refund? and that was the last email I receive from them. I'm even try to send the email, call the number from sslbillpay +1-855-5955339, machine keep ringing! Until today, I did not received and email or notice from the account on web from them.

Just let people know to avoid those fishing.
