they add pop up when I was using the online check out of kohls. It was offering a free shipping trial for 1 month, and then a charge of $12.97 after that. I never got the free shipping trial at all. But I was charged $12.97 taken out of my bank account. I called to be refund for the service I never got. I was told that they do not refund any one, and that they were sorry I never got the free shipping trial after all. That was the end of the conversation. They just take money out of people on the name of a service that they do not give.

Please contact [email protected] at your earliest convenience to resolve the matter. Also the $12.97 monthly charge is not incurred untill after the 30 day trial period, so that can also be looked into.
