Got the Obama phone in Nov.2013 used mins down to 150 left then next day it said I used 2100 minutes. Called them about it and file a form with conpany and never heard from them. Then in Dec. 2013 the same thing happened by dec.4. Called them and nothing happened. I tried to cancel service and they would not cancel. Outfit is a VERY Poorly Run. Dont expect to get ANY service from them. They will send you links to buy more minutes all the time. Its a SCAM
