This man is very dangerous.I have complained and open a case against Tracy Allan . Yonkers District attorney, currently he is under investigation. He is a compulsive liar and con-artist. He never pays his land lords, how do i know that? because he uses different addresses at his websites . i have spoken with his landlords and all they say he owes thousands of dollars rent payment.Do not do any business with this guy. Thats the way he makes his money . He is one of the worst con artist you can meet , He specializes about Fraud. Never finishes his jobs,. Contract means nothing to him , once you pay him he will never reply to you and you will never see him again. Its just because he doesnt respect the Yonkers district attorneys office and law. Since District attorney doesnt do nothing about it , he becomes more and more cocky. Yonkers ADA is very passive ,Despite they know about him and complains they don't take an action against him , they supposedly ! investigate and then that's it!! He got my 200.000 dollars. Also We are now investigating another person which may be his partner in crime.Besides his business frauds i have found there are numerous woman has been damaged by him financially, emotionally and psychologically in at least five different cities. He meets women on-line mostly and within short order is living with them and proposing. He claims to be a film director and photographer with a degree from a California University, which he does not have. He also appears to have no regret for the things he's done ~ you do the math. Do your research about him with scambook and scamchecker you will find more information about him If you have any complains about him contact to Yonkers assistant district .attorney and pressure those lazy LAWyers.
