Nu Brilliance made an unauthorized charge to my debit card. When i contacted this company, I was told that "I" would be in trouble if I cancelled my order. I indicated to this company, the salesperson was told NO at every product offered but to my dismay, this unauthorized charge appeared. Now, and according to my credit union, I have to cancel my debit card in order to stop this company from accessing my account! I have not received the "product" that this company claimed I ordered! What a total scam!
