I purchased product in Dec. as a 14 day trial received the product today. There was no information in the package as to how to cancel the subscription as was portrayed in the online ad. There was no contact information on the receipt besides the address. I tried to locate contact information online such as the phone number for customer service. I was unable to locate a phone number, but I did locate information that led me to your site. I was trying to be proactive and cancel before I was charged 89.00 for not having cancelled before the 14 day trial ended. I hope you will be able to help me block any further charge to my card.
