I placed an order with Ryther Camera back in late October for a Canon 5D Mark III, it took almost 6 weeks to get the camera, I had tried to cancel my order several times but I was told that it was already shipped and they were having problems with the shipper, I asked about the details, but they just continued to say it was dropped shipped and they would contact them and will update me with a phone call, the return call for the update never came in. I eventually received the camera, but by that time I have read all the horrible reviews and about their service and non-legitimate electronics. I have contacted them and sent the Camera back on my dime and because Canon Camera will not support any purchasing made from Ryther Camera as for they are an unauthorized dealer. I finally received my refund but a 15% fee was charged. I just can't believe they would send me a camera that Canon itself will not support, also, it was extremely late on the delivery and I still take over $300.00 loss on the order because of their poor service. A TRUE SCAM COMPANY!
