was having trouble with renewing kaspersky software. they did a remote link using "logmein123" and did stop my harddrive from running very fast. i wasnt comfortable letting the tech order the kaspersky for me and didnt want to give them my credit card number. i disconnected when this happened. the kaspersky help line sent me directly to guruaid and then they remotely ran my pc. this is the 1st time i have done this. was told my pc needs massive work done to it.
